B | 郑州住房公积金管理中心日前发布《关于优化调整住房公积金提取政策的通知（征求意见稿）》，向社会公开征求意见。本次政策优化主要包含两大核心内容，一是拓宽住房公积金提取适用范围，新增多项居住配套费用提取事项；二是优化自住住房购房提取规则，放宽提取限制性条件。具体内容提到，明确缴存职工本人及配偶，可依规提取住房公积金，用于支付郑州市行政区域内自住住房的物业费、取暖费及车位管理费。政策限定职工家庭仅可选定一套自住住房作为提取依据，每年仅可办理一次提取业务，年度提取额度不累计、不结转。
